Accreditation:
The International Academy of Design and Technology is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award the Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees. ACICS is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education.
Degree Authorization:
International Academy of Design & Technology is authorized by the Washington Higher Education Coordinating Board and meets the requirements and minimum educational standards established for degree-granting institutions under the Degree Authorization Act. This authorization is valid until May 3, 2008 and authorizes International Academy of Design & Technology to offer the following degree programs: Associate of Applied Science in Fashion Design; Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design; Associate of Applied Science in Visual Communication; Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design; Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design; and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication. Approvals:
The International Academy of Design and Technology, in Seattle, is approved by the U.S. Department of Education to participate in Title IV financial aid programs.
